To begin the process of becoming a patient, please send us a referral through email, fax or our web-based system OPERAS. Please include your country of residence in the referral form. With regards to the information contained in your referral form, we strongly request you send us a detailed description of your eye condition in order for us to determine if we offer the right treatment for you.

After you have been established as our patient, we will help you communicate with the Canadian Consulate to obtain a visa to enter Canada should you need one.
